My husband found Everyday Gourmet through the Bolling Haxall House. We connected with Chef Ellie and met her for a walkthrough and to ask more questions on her ideas for our wedding. From the moment we met her... to the very end - she was absolutely outstanding. At every phone call, text, and email she provided the best possible service and we are so grateful to have found her. Thank you Everyday Gourmet for taking care of us, our families, and friends on a truly memorable and special day. During a pandemic anxiety is heightened and Ellie was calm and confident throughout the entire process. She put us at ease each time we came to her with a concern or question. I used Everyday Gourmet for my sisters birthday brunch and everything was amazing! Melissa was EXTREMELY responsive to all my questions via email and I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. Had amazing breakfast casseroles, lox and bagels, fresh fruit, potatos, bacon, and waffles! Everything was so perfectly put together and thought through. They delivered every eating and serving utensils along with plates and napkins and even to go boxes! Just cannot say enough about this effortless process and awesome food!
My husband and I selected Everyday Gourmet as our wedding caterer and we could not have made a better choice. Chef Ellie is the most caring, talented and responsive professional you could ever hope to work with. She coached us through every aspect of the planning process and was quick to provide advice and suggestions based on her years of expertise. She went above and beyond, making accommodations wherever possible to eliminate stress on us in the weeks leading up to the big day. I have used Everyday Gourmet for a couple smaller events (~20 people) and couldn’t recommend them more! Amazing food, on-time delivery to our home, and great customer service. They made everything so easy and everyone loved the food! Highly recommend for any size event you have and don’t sleep on the lemon squares!
Everyday Gourmet is such an incredible team of "foodie folks" who know how to get creative in the kitchen! Spearheading the back of the house is owner Brian who always knocks the meals out of the park! Alyssa is the front of house POC and she does a fabulous job listening to clients and incporating their needs and wishes into the event of the evening. Their team is always smiling and brings a very positive outlook to their work environment. We love working with the team from EG!
Everyday Gourmet was the absolute BEST! We chose them for our caterer at our wedding, based on our venue's recommendation, and they did not disappoint. Ellie and Alyssa were so easy to work with. They were professional, easy going and always asked the right questions or made helpful suggestions. They are so knowledgeable and I'm so glad we had them for our wedding planning process. As for the food.. it was absolutely DELICIOUS. We were so blown away at the tasting and again at our wedding. The Shrimp and Grits were the biggest hit -- it was such a last minute choice, but it was the most talked about meal. Food was one of our biggest priorities, and it's so hard to please everyone, but we had SO much good feedback from our guests. We are so thankful that Elle and her team were so easy, reliable and professional. We couldn't have imagined our day without them!
Our station meeting was catered by Everyday Gourmet (Britney handled the delivery and set up). Everything was perfect!! The Vegan BBQ was definitely the star of the event. It was the first thing to be devoured. There was plenty of food for everyone. People were taking extra helpings with them for later meals because it was so delicious. It’s a day later and everyone is still talking about how good it was, I have never seen so much buzz over a catered event for us before in my 25 years working here! I will be recommending Everyday Gourmet to anyone I know needing catering for an event.
Choosing to work with Everyday Gourmet was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Alyssa Nichols, a Catering Specialist at Everyday Gourmet, was easy to communicate with, accommodating, and professional. From our first phone call to our wedding day, Alyssa helped to make our catering vision a reality. During the planning process, Alyssa was knowledgeable, helpful, and flexible. She helped us design our personalized “mediterranean-inspired” dinner menu, worked with our budget, and reserved the staff we would need. We decided to go with a stationary display for cocktail hour, a buffet dinner, and stationary mini desserts. We also had salad and bread served “family” style on the tables, so that guests had something to eat while waiting to go through the buffet line. Over two months later, we still have guests talking about how delicious our food was and how friendly Everyday Gourmet staff were. Lastly, we were so thankful that Everyday Gourmet staff handled the food station set-up, the maintenance, and the breakdown. It was so nice to not have to worry about cleaning up leftover food after reception! Overall, my husband and I cannot recommend Everyday Gourmet, and Alyssa Nichols, enough! Don’t wait, book now!
We absolutely loved working with Everyday Gourmet for our wedding! Alyssa and Chef Brian were incredibly helpful with the menu, especially because we had some allergies that impacted some recipes. We loved working with Everyday Gourmet Catering for our wedding! They worked with us to create a delicious and creative menu for our guests, and made the whole experience easy and fun. They were very flexible and it felt like they were very interested in us and our day. They even got together with us to do an extra tasting just for our signature cocktails to make sure everything was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better catering team and our head person and point of contact Alyssa was absolutely fantastic!
